本ページは、Yorimichi worksが提供するiOSアプリSkinLogの利用案内です。アプリの使用許諾にはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。本ページは、適用される法令により保障される消費者の権利を制限しません。

SkinLogは一般向けのアプリで、子ども向け専用ではありません。App Storeに表示される年齢区分と、お住まいの地域の利用条件に従ってください。未成年者は保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。提供の有無は、ご利用の国・地域のApp Store表示をご確認ください。

2. アプリの用途と限界

• スキンスキャン、色の変化、生活記録との傾向、アイテム使用前後の比較は、写真の画素や利用者の記録から計算した目安です。照明、カメラ、撮影条件などで変わります。
• 病気の診断、治療、予防や、皮膚の損傷・健康状態の測定を目的としていません。医療的な精度は検証されていません。肌の異常や悪化する症状があれば、表示だけで判断せず医療専門家へ相談してください。
• UVはApple Weatherの予報、または予報を取得できない場合等の晴天時の推定値です。推定値は雲の影響を含まず、実測値ではありません。

3. Premiumと購入

• Premiumは1か月または1年の自動更新サブスクリプションです。実際の価格、期間、適用されるオファーはストアの購入画面を確認してください。
• 料金はApple Accountを通じて請求され、解約しない限り自動更新されます。次回更新を希望しない場合は、更新前に余裕をもってApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理から解約してください。購入・請求・解約は、ご利用の国・地域に適用されるAppleの条件に従います。Appleの解約手順をご確認ください。記録削除やアンインストールだけでは解約されません。
• 返金はAppleの返金申請の案内をご確認ください。返金の可否や条件は国・地域等によって異なります。
• 購入の有効性を確認できない場合、新しいPremium権利を有効化しません。通信が回復してから再確認するか、購入時と同じApple Accountで「購入を復元」をお試しください。
• 期限切れや返金、失効が確認された購入ではPremiumを利用できません。解約後の利用期間は、有効な購入期間と購入の確認結果に基づきます。

4. 記録、バックアップ、プライバシー

写真や記録は端末内で処理・保存します。端末変更や故障に備える場合は、バックアップの保存先を慎重に選んでください。.skinlogは写真と健康に関わる記録を含む、アプリ独自の暗号化を施していないZIP形式です。外部サービスへの通信、SDKの統計、削除の範囲はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

5. 利用上の注意

他人の写真を扱う場合は、本人の同意と適用されるルールを確認してください。サービスへの不正アクセスや過度な負荷をかける行為は行わないでください。端末の故障や紛失に備え、必要な記録を適切な保存先へ書き出してください。

1. Scope and operator

This page provides guidance for using SkinLog for iOS, provided by Yorimichi works. The app is licensed under Apple's standard EULA. This guidance does not limit consumer rights under applicable law.

SkinLog is a general-audience app, not specifically for children. Follow the age rating displayed on the App Store and the eligibility requirements in your region. Minors must have a parent or guardian's consent. Check your country's or region's App Store for availability.

2. Purpose and limitations

Scan values, color changes, lifestyle associations and before/after product comparisons are estimates from photo pixels and your records. Lighting, cameras and capture conditions affect them. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease, or measure skin damage or health status. Medical accuracy has not been validated. Consult a medical professional about concerning or worsening symptoms rather than relying on these displays. UV values are Apple Weather forecasts or clear-sky estimates when forecasts are unavailable. Estimates do not include cloud effects and are not measurements.

3. Premium and purchases

• Premium has one-month or one-year auto-renewing subscriptions. Check the store purchase screen for actual prices, periods and offers.
• Payment is charged through your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If you do not want another renewal, cancel in App Store subscription management in advance of renewal. Purchases, billing and cancellation follow Apple's conditions for your country or region; see Apple's cancellation instructions. Deleting records or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
• See Apple's refund instructions. Refund eligibility and conditions can vary by country or region.
• We do not activate a new Premium entitlement when the purchase cannot be verified. Reconnect and retry or use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
• Premium is unavailable for purchases confirmed as expired, refunded or revoked. Access after cancellation depends on the valid purchased period and the purchase-verification result.

4. Records, backups and privacy

Photos and records are processed and stored on your device. Choose backup destinations carefully. A .skinlog backup contains photos and health-related records in a ZIP without app-added encryption. See the Privacy Policy for communications, SDK metrics and deletion scope.

5. Use of the service

Obtain appropriate consent and follow applicable rules when handling another person's photos. Do not access the service unlawfully or overload it. Export records you need to an appropriate destination in case your device is lost or fails.
