プライバシーポリシー

対象：iOSアプリ「SkinLog」　更新日：2026年10月8日

1. 運営者と適用範囲

Yorimichi works（以下「当事業」）は、SkinLogにおける情報の取り扱いを次のとおり説明します。アプリ独自のアカウント登録はありません。写真と肌・生活の記録は端末内で処理・保存します。外部サービスとの通信、書き出したファイル、OSのバックアップは、以下のとおり別に扱います。

2. 端末内で扱う記録

  • 取り込んだ写真（縮小・再符号化し、位置情報などの元画像メタデータを除きます）
  • 写真から計算したスキンスキャンや色の変化の目安、メモ
  • 睡眠、水分、甘いもの、ストレス、お酒、生理の有無などの生活の記録、使用アイテム、ケアの記録
  • 通知、リマインダー、地域・言語・テーマなどの設定とマスコットの状態

これらの写真や健康に関わる記録を、肌解析のために当事業のAPIへ送る機能はありません。写真の解析と顔の位置合わせは端末内で行います。

3. Google ML Kit

顔の位置合わせにはGoogle ML Kitを使用します。Googleは入力画像と処理結果をサーバーへ送らず、端末内で処理すると説明しています。一方、iOS版のML Kitは次の情報を標準で収集し、Googleへ送信します。写真や解析結果の送信とは区別されます。

  • 端末の機種、OSの版・ビルド、利用可能な機械学習用ハードウェアなどの端末情報
  • アプリのBundle IDとバージョン
  • インストールごとに作成される識別子（Googleは、利用者や物理的な端末を一意に識別することを意図したものではないと説明しています）
  • 処理にかかった時間などの性能情報
  • 画像形式・解像度などのAPI設定
  • 機能の初期化、モデルの取得、検出処理、リソースの解放などのイベントの種類
  • これらのイベントに関するエラーコード

Googleはこれらを診断と利用状況の分析に用い、APIの性能測定、不具合調査、保守・改善、不正利用の検出にも使用すると説明しています。このため、写真を端末内で処理することは、SDKによる外部への情報収集がないという意味ではありません。

Googleに送信されるSDK統計の保存と削除は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーと保持方針に従い、情報の種類と収集目的によって保持期間が異なります。SkinLogの端末内記録を削除しても、Googleへ送信済みの統計の削除を意味しません。

4. サーバーとストアへの通信

  • UV予報：選択した都市IDを当事業のCloudflare Workers APIへ送信します。GPSによる現在地や写真は送信しません。サーバーは登録済み都市の予報をApple WeatherKitから定期取得し、都市単位の予報をCloudflare KVに保存します。
  • 購入の確認：App Storeの署名付き取引情報と商品情報を当事業のAPIへ送り、Appleに有効性を照会します。再確認のための購入証明は端末内に保存します。APIの処理には購入証明をデータベースへ保存する処理はありません。通信情報の取り扱いは下記のCloudflareの説明をご覧ください。
  • 支払い：支払い情報はAppleが扱います。当事業の購入確認APIにカード番号を送る仕様ではありません。Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
  • APIのホスティング：CloudflareがAPIの通信を処理します。IPアドレス、通信日時、URL、応答状態などの通信情報が扱われます。

購入確認の不正利用防止のため、IPアドレスをCloudflareのレート制限機能で使用します。購入証明はAPIのデータベースへ保存せず、APIコードのログにも記録しません。Cloudflareはサービス提供やセキュリティのため通信情報を処理・保持する場合があります。レート制限の判定期間は通信情報の保存期間を意味しません。Cloudflare側の保持や権利行使の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーとデータ処理補足条項をご参照ください。個人データに関するお問い合わせは、本ページのSkinLogの窓口へご連絡ください。

広告配信の機能は現行アプリに実装していません。上記SDKの診断・利用統計の通信はあります。当サイトの閲覧についてはYorimichi worksのプライバシーポリシーもご覧ください。

5. 権限

  • カメラ・写真：写真の撮影、選択、取り込みに使います。
  • 通知：UV、撮影、お薬などのリマインダーを端末内で予約するために使います。

6. バックアップと共有

設定から書き出す.skinlogファイルには、写真と健康に関わる内容を含む記録が入ります。これはアプリ独自の暗号化を施していないZIP形式です。保存・共有先は利用者が選びます。購入証明と研究同意情報はバックアップに含めません。共有先のアクセス権や保存期間を確認し、必要な相手にだけ渡してください。

iOS版は、アプリ内の記録保存先をOSの自動バックアップから除外する設定を行います。端末変更に備えるには、必要な記録を手動で書き出してください。端末自体の保護には、OSの保護機能やパスコード設定等を利用してください。書き出したファイル、共有先のコピー、写真ライブラリの元画像、OSで既に作成されたバックアップは、それぞれの保存先で別に管理してください。

7. 削除とお問い合わせ

設定から端末内の写真や記録を削除できます。書き出したファイル、共有相手のコピー、OSのバックアップは、それぞれの保存先で別途管理してください。記録削除やアンインストールだけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。App Storeのサブスクリプション管理から解約してください。

お問い合わせで送られた情報は、回答と問題の調査に使用します。窓口はinfo@yorimichi-works.jpです。写真、健康に関わる記録、購入証明、パスワード、カード番号は送らないでください。

8. 研究利用・年齢

iOS版では研究協力機能を無効にし、研究用の写真やラベルを送信しません。将来有効にする場合は、取り扱いを別途説明し必要な同意等を整えます。

SkinLogは一般向けのアプリで、子ども向け専用ではありません。App Storeに表示される年齢区分と、お住まいの地域の利用条件に従ってください。未成年者は保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。提供の有無は、ご利用の国・地域のApp Store表示をご確認ください。

9. 改定

情報の取り扱いを変更する際は、本ページと必要な案内を更新します。

Privacy Policy

SkinLog for iOS — Updated October 8, 2026

1. Operator and scope

Yorimichi works ("we") explains how SkinLog handles information below. There is no app-specific account. Photos and skin and lifestyle records are processed and stored on your device. Service communications, exports and OS backups are described separately.

2. Records on your device

Records include imported photos, photo-derived estimates and notes; sleep, water, sweets, stress, alcohol and period logs; products and care; notifications, reminders, city, language, theme and mascot state. Photos are resized and re-encoded without original image metadata. The app has no feature that sends these photos or health-related records to our API for skin analysis.

3. Google ML Kit

Face alignment uses Google ML Kit. Google says input images and processing outputs remain on-device. Separately, ML Kit for iOS collects and sends these details to Google by default:

  • Device model, OS/build and available machine-learning hardware
  • App bundle identifier and version
  • An identifier for each installation, which Google says is not intended to uniquely identify a person or physical device
  • Processing performance, such as elapsed time
  • API settings, such as image format and resolution
  • Event categories, including initialization, model retrieval, detection and resource release
  • Error codes for those events

Google uses these for diagnostics and usage analysis, including performance measurement, troubleshooting, API maintenance and improvement, and abuse detection. On-device photo processing does not mean the SDK collects no information off-device. See ML Kit Terms & Privacy, its iOS disclosure and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google's Privacy Policy and retention policy govern retention and deletion of SDK metrics sent to Google. Retention periods vary by information type and collection purpose. Deleting local SkinLog records does not delete metrics already sent to Google.

4. Server and store communications

UV requests send your chosen city ID to our Cloudflare Workers API, without GPS location or photos. The server fetches predefined-city Apple WeatherKit forecasts and caches them in Cloudflare KV. Purchase verification sends App Store signed transaction and product information to our API for validation with Apple. Proof is stored on your device for rechecks. The API has no database-write operation for purchase proofs. Apple handles payment details; card numbers are not part of the verification request. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare processes API traffic, including information such as IP addresses, timestamps, URLs and response status. The current app has no advertising feature. SDK diagnostic and usage communications still occur. Website visits are also covered by the Yorimichi works website policy.

We use IP addresses with Cloudflare's rate limiter to help prevent abuse of purchase verification. Our API code does not store purchase proofs in a database or write them to logs. Cloudflare may process and retain traffic information to provide and secure its services. The rate-limit window does not specify how long traffic information is retained. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for retention and rights requests. Contact SkinLog using the details in this policy for personal-data enquiries.

5. Permissions

Camera and photo permissions are used to capture or import photos. Notification permission is used to schedule local UV, photo and medication reminders.

6. Backups and sharing

A .skinlog export contains photos and health-related records in a ZIP without app-added encryption. You choose its destination. Purchase proofs and research consent are excluded. Check destination permissions and retention before sharing.

The iOS app configures its in-app record storage to be excluded from automatic OS backup. Export any records you need before changing devices. Use your device's OS protection and passcode settings. Manage exported files, recipients' copies, original images in your photo library and existing OS backups separately at their destinations.

7. Deletion and contact

Delete local photos and records in Settings. Manage exported files, recipients' copies and OS backups separately. Deleting records or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions; use App Store subscription management. Information you email is used to reply and investigate problems. Contact info@yorimichi-works.jp. Do not send photos, health records, purchase proofs, passwords or card numbers.

8. Research and age

Research participation and research photo/label uploads are disabled in the iOS app. Any future program requires separate disclosures and appropriate consent arrangements.

SkinLog is a general-audience app, not specifically for children. Follow the age rating displayed on the App Store and the eligibility requirements in your region. Minors must have a parent or guardian's consent. Check your country's or region's App Store for availability.
